What is the best way to clean (cherry) laminate flooring?
By far the best way to clean this floor is an approved laminate floor cleaner by the manufacturer. However, if you do not know this or have access easily to that. The Best and safest method will be a generic wood floor care kit using a microfiber or terry type mop and a hard surface cleaning solution that you "spritz" onto the mop. The NEXT BEST and Safest method will be a solution of white vinegar and water. NO SOAP! NO mop and wax cleaners..etc…and NO OIL SOAP! put a capful of the vinegar in a qt of water then use a VERY well rung out sponge mop and DO NOT over saturate your floor with water as it WILL damage it! I have heard to just use water and no soap with a damp mop. Its better for the finish?
I use hard wood floor cleaner you can buy at any grocery store so it leaves a shine, I think the floors stay cleaner that way.

A damp mop with any mild soap cleaner will work. DO NOT use too much water. The flooring can be damaged if too much water is used.
Those floors will look great if you keep them clean with Murphy's Oil Soap. It smells great too.

I use a swiffer wet jet on my laminate flooring. They have a special fluid for wood/laminate floors and it cleans really well, leaves no residue - and it's cheap, easy and fast
