Brazilian cherry wood floor and maple wood furniture, help on colors for walls?
okay, so my parents are installing brazilian cherry wood floor in my room but my furniture is maple wood and i need color ideas for my walls, i have something vintage chic in mind but i don’t know what colors go well with the tones of floor and furniture.
help?

Greens would work well with both, as would blues and reds. Get some paint color samples and take the cards home. You’ll weed lots out easily; with what’s left, keep them in your room and just be aware of them for a number of days. With time, you’ll narrow it down further and further, until you decide upon a color you love. Another thing to consider is your bedding; if you intend to get new, pick this out first as it’s easier to pick paint for bedding rather than bedding for paint.
